These complete sections of the Pacifica Bylaws incorporate the amendment concerning election timeline approved in 2007 (effecting Art. 3, Sec. 10; Art. 4, Secs. 4A & 5), and are published here with all typographical errors identical to the original text located at www.pacifica.org, with two noteworthy exceptions. Article Three, Section 7 has been corrected, where the original states incongruously: "the staff quorum is described as one-third (1/4)", the text has been corrected to "one-fourth (1/4)", and in Article Four, Section 9 "by a " vote" has been corrected to read "by a 2/3 vote".
